Plain-language data handling

Privacy at AgentFirstTools.

AgentFirstTools collects the minimum information needed to send practical updates, respond to audit inquiries, and understand which pages are useful. It does not sell personal data or use cross-site advertising trackers.

What is collected

Update list and inquiries

When you submit a form, AgentFirstTools stores the email address you provide, any optional role/company text, your free-text interest or audit context, the form source, timestamp, user agent, and forwarding IP address. These fields are used to respond, send relevant AgentFirstTools updates, and learn what readers or potential customers need.

Server logs

The web server and form service may keep operational logs such as requested paths, timestamps, status codes, user agents, and IP addresses. These are used for security, debugging, reliability, and coarse content-demand measurement.

Analytics direction

The measurement approach is lightweight and first-party: server-side aggregate reports from access logs and lead counts, with no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no unnecessary cookies. If dedicated analytics are added later, this page will be updated before or alongside that change.

What is not done

  • No sale of mailing-list or inquiry data.
  • No public exposure of submitted email addresses.
  • No automated paid outreach or spam campaigns from form submissions.
  • No acceptance of sensitive client credentials, production access, customer data, or destructive testing scope through a public form alone.

Retention and deletion

Submissions are retained while they are useful for operating AgentFirstTools: sending updates, replying to inquiries, understanding reader needs, and improving the guide. If you want a submission removed, use the same form again with a deletion request and the email address involved. AgentFirstTools will treat that as an operational request, not as newsletter content.

Security and server logs may be retained separately for abuse prevention, diagnostics, and uptime investigation.
